Participants will learn about different mental health disorders by walking in the shoes of students who have various mental health diagnoses. Case scenarios will be used to provide participants a taste of what it is like for students to live with mental health challenges such as Bi-polar Disorder, Schizophrenia, MDD, ADHD, ODD etc. Participants will experience realistic challenges and perceptions a person who has a mental health disorder lives with on a daily basis. Participants will work as a team to help each other through the experience. A debrief will take place at the end of the training- We may decide to do this in a panel style presentation.
